A physiotherapist, Frances has more than 20 years of experience in health care, the past 17 in occupational health and safety. Most recently she was at Halton Healthcare Services Corporation where her focus was the development and implementation of a wide variety of hospital health and safety programs and policies, as well as ergonomics and musculoskeletal injury prevention. Frances joined OSACH in 2006 as the Hamilton – Niagara Region Consultant.
